We are immediately looking for:
An experienced Pedagogical Professional Baby Group (27 hours – 3 days)
Are you loving, patient and love working with little ones? Then we are looking for you!
For our cozy baby group we are looking for a pedagogical employee for 3 days a week (27 hours). You will provide a safe, warm and stimulating environment in which babies can develop at their own pace.
What does your day look like?
As a pedagogical staff member you are responsible for the daily care, nurturing and supervision of a group of children aged 0-2 years. You create a safe, stimulating and challenging environment in which children can develop optimally. You observe, stimulate and guide the children in their play and activities, and you maintain a good relationship with the parents.
What do we expect from you?
A completed education at least MBO level 3, focused on childcare (for example SPW 3/4 or PW3/4), or a comparable qualification (incl 3F language level)
In possession of a qualified baby training or enthusiasm to obtain this at our expense.
Enthusiasm, creativity and a big heart for children.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Flexibility and stress-resistance.
A positive and customer-friendly attitude.
Knowledge of children’s developmental stages and affinity with the organization’s pedagogical vision.

A salary in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement for Childcare, scale 6 (minimum €2,641 and maximum €3,630 gross per month for a 36-hour work week), depending on education and experience.
Good secondary employment conditions, such as an end-of-year bonus, travel allowance, and a pension scheme.
