Data protection attention officer

As of May 25, 2018, there is a General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). This means that from that date, the same privacy laws will apply throughout the European Union. The Personal Data Protection Act (Wbp) will no longer apply.

The AVG strengthens the position of data subjects (the people whose data is processed). They are given new privacy rights and existing rights are strengthened. Organizations that process personal data will have more obligations, and so will Kidz Ahoy. The emphasis, more than now, is on the responsibility of organizations to be able to demonstrate that they comply with the law.

At Kidz Ahoy, Catharina Loiaconi and Nanda Kok are the data protection officers (FG).
